Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all original tags attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For New Zealand returns please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us at info@kikokids.co.nz with your order details and a proof of purchase.
  2. We will send you back a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel (ensure you don't cover the barcode with any sticky tape and remove any existing labeling if you are using the Kiko Kids satchel).
  4. Drop off your return parcel at any Post Shop.

For international returns please contact us at info@kikokids.co.nz. We will provide  instructions where and how to send your items.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A refund usually takes 10 to 15 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the contact information below.

 

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged you can exchange it for the same new item or get a full refund after returning the item. Please note: we cannot exchange the same item in another colour or size. If you need to change the colour, size, or style please initiate a return and refund following instructions above and re-purchase your new item.
